This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Spearhead capability innovation and management in conjunction with portfolio-level growth strategies.
• Convert enterprise objectives into actionable directions for solutions.
• Lead teams and oversee one or more workstreams effectively.
• Manage subject matter expertise and provide thought leadership across various topics and capabilities.
• Oversee team costs, cross-charging, and budget management.
• Take ownership of broader team goals and report on goal metrics.
• Contribute to an enterprise-wide growth strategy while aligning with the company's long-term objectives and market positioning.
• Influence executive investment priorities and strategic direction.
• Direct resources towards the most impactful opportunities and ensure successful team outcomes.
• Build strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations to clients or partners with minimal preparation and guidance.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making and accountability.
• Represent the organization’s strategic agenda at industry forums and events.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to implement programs, or in delivering energy and environmental consulting and management services to clients.
• Demonstrated leadership in the design of energy programs.
• Expertise in direct collaboration with utilities within regulated energy markets.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to present team results and goal achievements to senior leadership.
• Understanding of the capabilities necessary to execute contracted work, with the ability to contribute value as a subject matter expert.
• Proven leadership in developing narratives aimed at achieving growth project goals.
• Established industry presence with the ability to confidently present as a thought leader to both internal and external stakeholders.
• If applicable, fulfill all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers as per relevant provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and federal regulations for extra-provincial operations.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
