This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives aimed at attracting top-performing real estate agents and teams to eXp Realty.
• Engage in targeted outreach, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective agents.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new agents.
• Cultivate relationships with current agents to enhance engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Create initiatives that promote agent success through training, mentorship, and resources.
• Address agent inquiries and offer effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and support growth in new regions.
• Establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns for growth.
• Analyze recruitment, retention, and market data, reporting KPIs to leadership.
• Manage engagement, recruitment, and outreach efforts using CRM tools and tracking systems.
• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and educational events.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and best practices.
• Assist the Broker of Record and Country Leader with compliance issues.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Support the resolution of disputes, complaints, and compliance investigations alongside the legal team.
• Oversee matters concerning the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
• Coordinate with the eXp International Legal Team regarding eXp South Africa matters.
• Aid in resolving VAT-related inquiries and internal agent disputes.
• Manage customer complaints related to agents.
• Assist with AI and ChatGPT solutions, including the Coda platform.
• Provide training on growth strategies and methods for attracting teams.
• Organize and lead nationwide roadshows.
• Represent eXp Realty at significant industry events.
• Support the Country Leader in implementing the growth strategy.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development.
• A proven history of successful agent attraction, retention, and market growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Real estate license (preferred or required based on the region).
• Understanding of legal requirements, risk management, and brokerage compliance procedures.
• Capability to manage issues related to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
• Proficient in using CRM tools and tracking systems.
• Ability to assist with VAT-related inquiries and internal agent disputes.
• Monthly technology allowance.
