This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the execution of assigned field activations, partnership initiatives, sponsorship programs, sales support activities, and other market-facing projects from inception to completion.
• Handle daily operations for selected partners and sponsorships, including partner communications, creative submissions, marketing materials, activation requirements, timelines, and follow-up tasks.
• Organize and assist with events, conferences, fairs, sales meetings, virtual gatherings, hospitality functions, and partner activations.
• Manage event logistics, materials, staffing, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors and fulfillment partners on promotional items, branded materials, signage, giveaways, shipments, and additional activation needs.
• Track partner commitments, sponsorship assets, event requirements, and marketing outputs.
• Act as a primary contact for internal teams, vendors, and external partners; escalate issues and eliminate execution obstacles.
• Assist with partner meetings, sales initiatives, events, and follow-up actions that could enhance awareness, engagement, or membership growth.
• Enhance activations, partner experiences, materials, logistics, and internal coordination based on insights gained.
• Prepare updates, notes, recaps, recommendations, and next-step information.
• Represent G.E.H.A. in interactions with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Engage in sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes.
• Participate in special projects and task forces as assigned.
• Develop messaging and collaborate with Marketing on the Account Manager toolbox.
• Create and revise training materials and policies.
• Manage regional and national Field Sales events and activities while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Cultivate relationships with select external partners, including alignment discussions, utilization tracking, operational oversight, and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, health care administration, sport management, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
• Two to five years of experience in sales support, marketing, event coordination, partnership assistance, sponsorship activation, operations support, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating events, campaigns, partner activities, vendor requests, marketing materials, or sales support initiatives.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, partnerships, events, sponsorships, or member engagement activities.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Comfortable drafting simple updates, meeting notes, communication drafts, presentation materials, and basic summaries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Experience in health care, insurance, federal employee benefits, sports partnerships, community partnerships, brand sponsorships, sales partnerships, or member engagement is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Must have access to a non-cellular High-Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mbps download x 5mbps upload) is required.
• Latency (ping) response time must be lower than 80 ms.
• Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet services are NOT permitted for this role.
• A designated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
