This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering, managing, and strengthening client relationships.
• Engage in client retirement committee, annual meetings, and employee gatherings.
• Provide training to both new and existing clients on available services, tools, and products.
• Manage client expectations through effective and clear communication.
• Assess client requirements and devise solutions that meet those needs while adhering to company capabilities and service standards.
• Create communication strategies with the education team to pinpoint needs, enhancements, and opportunities to boost pension program participation and member engagement.
• Proactively share updates related to products, services, legislation, and other factors impacting clients' pension programs.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to cultivate new business and take part in finalist presentations for potential clients.
• Develop, execute, and uphold the service model and strategies.
• Work together with other Client Relationship Managers in internal meetings and workshops to exchange experiences, insights, and best practices.
• Highly organized self-starter capable of thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to cultivate positive relationships and address complex client issues.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, persuasion, and planning.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new systems and technologies.
• 5 years of experience in financial services, financial planning, and customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of pensions and relevant technical expertise.
• Completion of the Canadian securities course, or possession of a mutual fund license, CFP, or life insurance license.
• Bilingual in French, both spoken and written, is considered an asset.
• A valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle are mandatory.
