Group Product Manager II – Store Levers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the Product Management team by establishing the strategy, roadmap, and vision for Grupo Boticário’s Digital Store, Services, and Activation offerings.

• Act as the Group Product Manager for Stores and Franchises, collaborating with teams such as Loyalty, Store Channel, and Training to oversee the complete development lifecycle.

• Engage directly with the team, delegating tasks, motivating, and nurturing a high-performing workforce.

• Cultivate a culture of agile experimentation, continuous learning, and adaptability within fast-paced and competitive environments.

• Enhance the maturity of the squads and products within the Store Levers tribe, steering them towards a phase of high returns and low technical effort.

• Strong expertise in strategy formulation, product metrics monitoring, and managing complex projects.

• Practical experience with agile methodologies, data analysis, and the integration of AI into products and processes.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capability for indirect leadership, cross-functional influence, and flexibility.

• Analytical prowess to tackle complex challenges, handle crises, prioritize results, and maintain a proactive attitude.

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, people, and processes for digital products, ideally in a Group Product Manager or similar role.
