This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and execute product strategy that aligns with business goals and market potential.
• Balance immediate execution with a long-term vision for products and sustainable growth.
• Examine market trends, competitive insights, and customer requirements to uncover innovation opportunities within data-driven legal technology.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish success metrics and make prioritization decisions based on data.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of data products from conception to launch.
• Foster operational rigor through roadmaps, OKRs, and structured decision-making frameworks.
• Ensure cohesive integration of data products across various product areas and business functions.
• Lead backlog prioritization, roadmaps, and execution while empowering Product Managers.
• Set and monitor KPIs for product success, adoption, and revenue impact.
• Eliminate inefficiencies, enhance workflows, and enable teams to progress without obstacles.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and data science stakeholders.
• Secure executive endorsement and resources for strategic initiatives.
• Promote adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
• Relay product plans, progress, and outcomes to teams and executives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Business Analysts.
• Offer coaching, feedback, and career advancement opportunities.
• Cultivate a transparent, psychologically safe, data-driven, and innovative team environment.
• Utilize customer research, data, and feedback to guide product direction and enhance user experiences.
• Navigate teams through uncertainty and shifting priorities.
• Drive ongoing process enhancements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in product management.
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading and mentoring Product Managers.
• A minimum of 3 years managing a product category or portfolio.
• Familiarity with financial controls, compliance tracking, and global reporting requirements for large organizations.
• Demonstrated success in owning and scaling complex products in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software, especially within legal tech, fintech, or other heavily regulated sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities and business insight.
• Proven experience in driving product vision, strategy, and execution.
• Cross-functional leadership experience across engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and data science.
• In-depth understanding of go-to-market strategies, customer adoption, and revenue growth.
• Proficient in customer research, competitive analysis, and data-informed decision-making.
• Experience leading roadmap planning, OKRs, and KPI-driven product development.
• Practical experience with data platforms, analytics tools, or AI-driven products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with workflows and challenges in the legal industry.
• Experience in SaaS product development and lifecycle management.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–25% as business needs dictate.
• Sedentary role: primarily desk/computer work.
