This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of all aspects of the Compliance CX Agent Experience product area, encompassing vision and strategy through execution, delivery, and ongoing enhancement, with a focus on AML/financial crime operations (TMS, KYC, EDD, Sanctions/Screening).
• Develop and implement a multi-year roadmap for Compliance investigation experiences, balancing scalability, investigator efficiency, regulatory obligations, and platform resilience.
• Promote automation-first and AI-assisted investigation workflows (human-in-the-loop), ensuring clarity and appropriate controls are in place.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of investigator and specialist workflows to pinpoint high-impact automation opportunities that reduce handle time, enhance accuracy/consistency, and safely increase automation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science/ML, Compliance, and Operations to provide seamless tools that integrate the right data at the right moment, minimize swivel-chair operations, and enhance end-to-end investigation throughput.
• Define clear success metrics and instrumentation for Compliance tooling (e.g., investigation cycle time, AHT, escalation rates, rework, QA outcomes, false positive reduction enablement, automation adoption).
• Proactively manage security, privacy, risk, and compliance requirements, including access controls, data retention, audit trails, model governance, and regulator-ready reporting—without compromising usability for frontline teams.
• Lead the build versus buy and vendor strategy for investigation enablement (e.g., OSINT, case enrichment, LLM tooling) and oversee evaluations/RFPs in collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Security, and Procurement.
• Function as a product leader across stakeholders—effectively communicate strategy, trade-offs, and progress to executive and cross-functional groups through regular business reviews and program updates.
• Develop and mentor a globally distributed product team, establishing high standards for product quality, operational excellence, and execution rigor.
• Proven AI fluency with a demonstrated ability to enhance product management, design, and development processes.
• Over 10 years of Product Management experience, with a successful history of launching consumer products on a global scale.
• More than 5 years of experience in successfully launching products within fintech, DeFi, or similarly intricate sectors.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing Product Management teams.
• Product vision and execution: Proven capability to transform ambitious ideas into engaging, impactful features with measurable outcomes.
• User-centric focus: Unwavering commitment to creating intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable payment experiences.
• Cross-functional leadership: Ability to align diverse stakeholders—from engineers to compliance teams—toward a common vision.
• Analytical prowess: Proficient in market sizing, opportunity assessment, and converting complex data into actionable product insights.
• Demonstrated experience in driving AI-powered customer support solutions, including chatbots, LLM-based assistants, or automation workflows.
• Exhibited boundless curiosity: Actively researching, identifying, experimenting with, and adapting new technologies and vendors.
