This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Define and lead the strategic direction for Klaxoon, encompassing the vision, priorities, and roadmap for the core whiteboard experience, AI initiatives, vertical differentiation, and the integration of Wrike and Klaxoon.
• Enhance the Klaxoon product experience to promote whiteboard usage among Wrike customers and pinpoint high-value vertical applications.
• Establish processes, tools, and mindsets for AI-driven R&D, including the identification of agentic workflows.
• Coach, mentor, recruit, develop, and oversee the performance of Product Managers.
• Influence the future of Klaxoon as a premier whiteboarding and visual collaboration platform within Wrike.
• Balance factors such as adoption, AI initiatives, vertical strategies, customer retention, product integration, and innovation.
• Fortify the connection between Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in leading product managers or overseeing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of B2B SaaS and the needs of enterprise customers.
• Capability to make strategic trade-offs among customer expectations, product integration, innovation, and long-term vision.
• Proficiency in aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, recruiting, developing, and managing product managers' performance.
• Practical knowledge of AI-driven product strategies and distinct AI applications in visual collaboration.
• Ability to balance product functionality, simplicity, user adoption, and customer experience in collaborative tools.
• Experience in visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration tools.
• Practical understanding of agentic workflows and AI-driven product development.
