This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Klaxoon, focusing on the whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and the integration of Wrike and Klaxoon.
• Enhance the Klaxoon product experience and promote adoption among Wrike users.
• Recognize high-value vertical use cases.
• Develop processes, tools, and mindsets geared towards AI-native R&D and agentic workflows.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, recruitment, development, and performance management for Product Managers.
• Foster a shared product culture between Wrike and Klaxoon.
• Balance considerations of adoption, AI, vertical strategy, customer retention, product convergence, innovation, customer expectations, and long-term vision.
• Coordinate alignment among stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership.
• Enhance integration between the Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures.
• Demonstrated experience in leading Product Managers or overseeing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Profound understanding of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and the needs of enterprise customers.
• Capability to make trade-offs among investments, customer expectations, product convergence, innovation, and long-term strategic direction.
• Skill in aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing the performance of Product Managers.
• Practical knowledge of AI-native product strategy and unique AI use cases in visual collaboration.
• Ability to balance product power, simplicity, adoption, and customer experience.
• Experience in visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration products.
• Practical understanding of agentic workflows and AI-native product development.
• Proficiency in French is highly advantageous, though not mandatory.
