Group Product Manager

📋 Description

• Formulate and articulate a product vision for the entire product portfolio.

• Develop and sustain a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with the product vision.

• Ensure the execution of the roadmap utilizing agile methodologies.

• Guide an Agile development team through the phases of product discovery and execution.

• Generate user stories and oversee the management of the product backlog.

• Employ data-driven approaches to inform and guide business decisions.

• Monitor the success of product releases in relation to company KPIs.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business partners, and stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide Product Managers and Business Analysts throughout the Agile process.

• Serve as a liaison to senior leadership, providing updates on the impact and progress of the product portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a customer-facing, technology-focused role as a product manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Proven track record in developing business cases, roadmaps, and strategies for product execution.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate across the organization, incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize features that cater to diverse user needs across a varied organization.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with audiences from engineers to C-level executives.

• Experience in product strategy formulation, agile methodologies, and team leadership.

• Management experience is essential.

• Preferred: experience in a similar industry or with comparable Digital Marketplace products.

• Preferred: familiarity with advanced data analytics tools.

• Preferred: experience in managing remote or distributed teams.
