This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take ownership and implement the long-term product vision for the Unified Analytics/intelligence product domain.
• Convert business goals and customer needs into actionable, prioritized roadmap plans that align with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Owners while being an active player-coach.
• Facilitate ongoing product discovery alongside Product Owners, UX, customers, and stakeholders.
• Build consensus around priorities through product execution and launch, encompassing both organizational and client communications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Go-to-Market, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features within scope.
• Drive measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, retention, adoption, and market expansion.
• Engage with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to uncover opportunities and validate product direction.
• Utilize knowledge of data lake architecture, analytics, and reporting product patterns to inform product decisions.
• Drive the commercialization strategy, including pricing, packaging, go-to-market enablement, and development of business cases.
• Promote scalable, product-first solutions rather than one-off customizations.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technology trends, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Establish and uphold product management standards, governance, and operational practices.
• Offer strategic guidance to Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Travel and present at tradeshows, industry or company events, and onsite meetings as needed.
• Carry out additional assigned tasks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• Significant experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a SaaS organization.
• Proven experience in defining roadmaps and product initiatives, ideally in the Public Sector, Healthcare, or GovTech sectors.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing Product Managers, Product Owners, or similar roles.
• Capability to break down ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives into sequenced roadmaps with defined discovery and delivery boundaries.
• Proficiency in continuous discovery and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions.
• Strong understanding and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices in product management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create quantitative business cases and financial models, and implement ROI and commercialization strategies.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and project management capabilities; adept at managing complex priorities.
• Proficient in gathering requirements, tracking and reporting progress or obstacles, and coordinating across teams.
• Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite, CRM, and product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Dragonboat, WalkMe, Miro, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with technology and operational needs in EMS, Fire, and/or Hospital markets is preferred.
• Ability to handle proprietary and confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to travel as required, up to 25%.
