This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee demand management processes and track ROI to enhance resource utilization, capacity allocation, and strategic decision-making.
• Implement and refine quarterly strategic planning using data-driven tools to align IT investments with business objectives.
• Guide teams in the growth of agile methodologies, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and resolution of intricate systemic challenges.
• Develop and execute risk management and prioritization frameworks to facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
• Collaborate with product teams to assess and enhance value delivery, road mapping, velocity, and KPI monitoring.
• Establish organized intake and change-control procedures to effectively manage demand and PI commitments.
• Enhance enterprise Agile platforms and toolchains, including Jira, Confluence, and Planview.
• Convert delivery metrics, portfolio health, ROI, and risks into data-driven narratives for product leadership and stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools and frameworks to derive business insights, create dashboards, design AI agents, model predictive scenarios, and automate workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• More than 5 years of experience leading enterprise Agile initiatives, managing multi-team portfolios, and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in demand management, ROI tracking, and optimizing resource utilization.
• Proven ability to lead teams, foster professional development, achieve cross-functional alignment, and solve complex challenges.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar enterprise Agile platforms for tracking velocity, capacity, and sprint metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to transform delivery data into actionable portfolio-maturity plans.
• Experience in enhancing quarterly strategic planning processes and utilizing data-driven tools is a plus.
• PMP or SAFe Lean Portfolio Management certification is a plus.
• Background in fintech, lending, financial services, or highly regulated environments is advantageous.
• Experience managing distributed teams across various time zones is a plus.
