This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Drive the success and evolution of one or more significant products or product areas, overseeing multiple projects at once.
• Guide and mentor a team of Product Managers.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer requirements, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Communicate timelines and trade-offs effectively to senior leadership.
• Review product requirements and offer constructive feedback.
• Manage A/B testing initiatives across the team.
• Identify opportunities for user research and facilitate collaboration with UX teams.
• Establish complementary KPIs, ensure accurate tracking, and derive data-driven insights.
• Work with senior product team members to uphold product roadmaps that align with business strategies and KPIs.
• Identify and recruit high-caliber product team members.
• Exhibit behaviors that align with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in product management or similar roles.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies.
• Expertise in qualitative research methods.
• Competence in data analysis.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Must fulfill the company's employment requirements.
• Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and operating office equipment.
• Capability to utilize a computer monitor and read small text for prolonged durations.
• Ability to lift or carry light objects, typically up to 10–15 lbs.
• Clear verbal communication skills for phone calls and meetings.
• Ability to concentrate in an open office setting or while using noise-canceling devices.
• Minimal travel may be required, if applicable.
