This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee the financial, operational, and personnel aspects of various accounts.
• Achieve profitable business retention and growth across the designated accounts.
• Ensure that financial targets, employee engagement, safety standards, and customer satisfaction objectives are accomplished.
• Establish goals, evaluate skill sets, develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs), support career advancement, conduct performance assessments, and provide continuous feedback.
• Manage disciplinary actions, documentation of warnings, and performance enhancement plans.
• Identify situations that require escalation to the director.
• Foster the development of direct and indirect reports while offering pertinent HR skills training.
• Recruit qualified candidates and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
• Develop location-specific processes, manage SCLM, and facilitate cross-training for CLS and CLC personnel.
• Address customer satisfaction concerns and enhance KPI tracking processes.
• Ensure staff are trained in transportation and distribution management.
• Enhance employee retention and minimize accidents and unnecessary overtime.
• Monitor collision/team safety reporting and initial injury reports.
• Suggest and implement process improvements at the location and assign respective responsibilities.
• Conduct regular self-audits of location processes and individual responsibilities.
• Reconcile SOX invoices, prepare SOX revenue recognition, and bill clients.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or two (2) additional years of relevant work experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related fields.
• At least 5 years managing large multi-level teams.
• A minimum of 3 years demonstrating experience in developing and implementing comprehensive logistics solutions and project management skills.
• At least 1 year of experience managing customer KPIs.
• Proven project management and facilitation abilities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability and self-motivation in a dynamic environment.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Basic proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A Master’s Degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience managing/directing reports, experience in a LEAN work environment, P&L responsibility, sales experience, multi-client exposure, and knowledge of truck brokerage, logistics/transportation, Ryder safety programs, financial reporting/accounting procedures, RD2000, Ryder products and services, sales processes, and pricing models are preferred.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
