Graphic Designer, Social Media Video Editor – Music Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create Instagram carousel designs

• Edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Develop captivating social media graphics

• Design memes and content based on current trends

• Produce promotional materials for music releases

• Adhere to brand guidelines while customizing content to reflect each artist's unique identity

• Provide innovative ideas

• Keep up-to-date with social media trends, editing techniques, and formats

• Collaborate across various artists and campaigns

• Convert creative briefs into engaging content

• Work closely with the Head of Creative and the broader marketing team

• Exceptional graphic design abilities

• Proficiency in editing rapid short-form videos

• Strong sense of typography, composition, and storytelling

• Knowledge of what resonates well on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Passion for music and a solid understanding of the music industry

• Capability to work across various genres and artist brands

• Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple projects

• Open to receiving constructive feedback and able to adapt quickly

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

• Familiarity with Premiere Pro or CapCut

• Proficient in Photoshop

• Experience with Illustrator

• Familiarity with Canva

• Knowledge of After Effects is a plus

• Experience working with musicians, record labels, or entertainment brands is advantageous

• Background in social media content creation is beneficial

• Understanding of viral editing styles and meme culture is a plus

• Experience with motion graphics or animation is a bonus

• Ability to create content that feels genuine rather than excessively polished is a plus

• A portfolio showcasing your work

• 3 to 5 examples of designed or edited social media content
