Graphic Designer, Multimedia Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional, artistic, and high-quality graphics, publication designs, and multimedia to enhance outreach initiatives, including websites, videos, presentations, documents, brochures, events, and branding.

• Assist in the creation of communications products such as case studies, infographics, promotional materials, and briefing decks.

• Create and refine visual and multimedia content that aligns with client branding, messaging, and digital strategies.

• Ensure that all designed products meet Section 508 accessibility standards.

• Work in partnership with the communications team to convert key messages into engaging visual assets.

• Provide support for visual needs related to events, web content, and social media as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia production.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud.

• A portfolio showcasing federal or public-sector work is required.

• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards is preferred.

• Experience in supporting complex projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability/public trust determination.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
