This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of grant proposals, renewals, and amendments.
• Aid in drafting and revising proposal narratives, work plans, and accompanying materials in collaboration with program and finance teams.
• Ensure that application materials comply with funder formatting, submission, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain precise grant files and records in internal tracking systems.
• Monitor grant deliverables, milestones, and reporting deadlines effectively.
• Support adherence to federal regulations, including 2 CFR Part 200 and 45 CFR Part 75.
• Assist in gathering data and documentation for audits, financial reviews, and compliance checks.
• Prepare and monitor vendor contracts, consultant agreements, and subrecipient documentation.
• Help ensure that procurements are in alignment with internal policies and federal mandates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners regarding procurement and contract documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Program teams on grant budgets, reporting, and documentation.
• Participate in weekly meetings with the Grants Manager.
• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and documentation improvements within grants management.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience will be taken into account.
• Over 5 years of experience in federal grant administration support.
• Familiarity with the federal grant lifecycle and related reporting processes.
• Basic understanding of 45 CFR Part 75 and 2 CFR Part 200.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor, collaborative spirit, and high emotional intelligence.
• A keen interest in mental health or the nonprofit sector is preferred.
• Some experience or familiarity with procurement/contracts is advantageous.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.
• Frequently engages in communication via video calls and email with both internal and external partners.
