This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Deliver vital administrative assistance to ensure a seamless progression of grant applications from initial intake to final submission.
• Develop, revise, and sustain organized grant calendars for designated nonprofit clients.
• Track internal deadlines, incorporating a 7-day internal buffer.
• Access funder portals and application software to extract precise questions, word limits, formatting guidelines, and necessary attachments.
• Format extracted questions into standardized templates for Grant Writers.
• Establish client login credentials and basic profile details on external portal platforms.
• Accurately input completed, client-approved narrative content into funder portals.
• Compile, format, and attach supporting documents for nonprofits.
• Ensure every form field is filled out completely, with no placeholder text, highlights, or missing answers.
• Perform final proofreading and formatting checks for coherence and logical consistency.
• Verify that narrative responses correspond with portal fields and adhere to character and word limits.
• Identify technical discrepancies or missing information that could hinder submission.
• Execute final electronic grant submissions once all approvals are obtained.
• Document submissions, capture confirmation receipts, and update task statuses in AgentPro to initiate automated customer notifications.
• 0–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or data entry positions.
• Recent graduates with solid organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
• Outstanding accuracy in data entry, copy-pasting, and proofreading.
• A keen eye for detecting formatting errors, broken links, or incomplete fields.
• Capability to handle multiple deadlines, maintain calendars, and work proactively to prevent last-minute delays.
• Proficiency in navigating new software platforms, web portals, forms, and cloud-based databases (e.g., Notion, Google Workspace, CRMs).
• Strong foundational written English skills.
• No previous grant writing experience necessary.
