Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in the gathering, evaluation, and processing of adverse event information in alignment with pharmacovigilance regulations and company protocols.

• Help in the preparation and submission of safety reports to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and precise communication of safety data.

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of pharmacovigilance documentation, such as standard operating procedures and safety management plans.

• Engage in training and development initiatives to deepen understanding of pharmacovigilance practices and regulatory standards.

• Assume accountability for pharmacovigilance and drug safety outputs, applying expertise to guarantee quality and efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• A fundamental understanding of pharmacovigilance principles and regulatory guidelines is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 10%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
