Graduate Fellow – Observability, Logs, Metrics, Traces, SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement automation for the aggregation and consolidation of monitoring data.

• Collaborate with the technical lead and team to define technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A completed bachelor's degree is required.

• Degree in Data Engineering or Software Engineering is preferred.

• Practical experience in observability, including logs, metrics, and traces.

• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

• Knowledge of monitoring practices focused on reliability.

• Basic experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or Datadog.

• Experience in log analysis and troubleshooting for distributed applications.

• A foundational understanding of distributed systems architecture and microservices.

• Experience in consuming and analyzing REST APIs.

• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and its monitoring services.

• Ability to define operational metrics and indicators effectively.

• Basic programming skills in Python or C#.

• Competence in handling JSON data.

• Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.

• Position is for a duration of 12 months.
