This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gain practical skills and foundational experience throughout the internship.
• Design, test, debug, and refine application components.
• Create project plans.
• Convert fundamental business processes into programming logic.
• Utilize software development, configuration, and design methodologies in accordance with development standards.
• Ensure code is efficient, reliable, maintainable, and self-documenting.
• Collaborate with various functions and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take part in executive and social networking events as well as community volunteer initiatives.
• Must be available for a full-time work schedule.
• Expected to maintain enrollment in an accredited college or university after the internship program/co-op.
• The student must reside in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Must be prepared to accept and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028, if offered.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or Ph.D. program and have completed the first year prior to the start of the internship.
• Preferred: completing the first year of a Master’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, analytical, and quantitative abilities.
• Proficient in at least one programming language: Python, Java, Scala, or SQL.
• Coursework in pertinent business systems, software development, databases, web technologies, IT management, cloud computing, B2B collaboration, ERP, or CRM.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program.
