This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the strategy, discovery, and implementation of digital products that address both business and scientific challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists, and subject matter experts.
• Lead structured discovery processes for identified product opportunities by evaluating stakeholder requirements, customer experiences, business workflows, and pertinent data.
• Convert insights into problem statements, personas, journey maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog suggestions.
• Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, launch preparations, and post-launch evaluations.
• Evaluate product performance using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Identify gaps in adoption or user experience and propose enhancements.
• Organize and facilitate cross-functional working sessions.
• Relay updates on product progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and strategic narratives by aligning user needs, business value, technical feasibility, and measurable results.
• Must be available to work a full-time schedule.
• Expected to maintain enrollment in an accredited college or university following the internship program/co-op.
• Student must reside in the United States for the duration of the internship program.
• Must be ready to accept and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028, if offered.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or Ph.D. program from an accredited college or university and completed the first year prior to the internship commencement.
• In the process of completing the first year of a Master’s program with a focus on Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Have one or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, analytical, and quantitative abilities.
• Proficient in at least one programming language: Python, Java, Scala, or SQL.
• Completed coursework in Business Systems analysis, Lean, Agile (SCRUM), SDLC processes, Software Development, Database Modeling, Web Design and Development, IT Management, Cloud-based application management, B2B Collaboration, or enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM.
