Government Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Examine, validate, and reconcile client transactions related to government pricing calculations.

• Compute and assess government pricing variances for Federal Drug Programs, which encompass AMP, BP, URA, PHS, ASP, NFAMP, FCP, and IFF.

• Document analysis of calculation variances and produce client reporting packages.

• Ensure prompt submission of government price reports.

• Analyze, process, and prepare client reporting requirements.

• Handle Tricare rebates.

• Collaborate with the government pricing team to complete client deliverable checklists.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist the Manager of Government Pricing and the MediSpend team with ad hoc projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in government pricing.

• Bachelor’s or associate degree required if experience is less than 1 year.

• Proficient understanding of pharmaceutical government pricing calculations and financial software systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to analyze intricate calculations.

• Excellent business analysis and organizational competencies.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to create, interpret, and convey detailed report data.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Consistent access to reliable high-speed internet and a secure, ergonomic, confidential home-office workspace.

• Capacity to perform extended periods of sitting, computer screen viewing, and engaging in written and verbal communication.

• Occasionally able to lift materials or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
