Governance Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, assess, and disseminate specialized content on Corporate Governance, including articles, educational resources, publications, and content that supports Marketing and Sales efforts.

• Organize and facilitate webinars, workshops, and other educational initiatives related to Corporate Governance.

• Design and implement internal training programs for Sales, Customer Success, and other departments.

• Assist in reviewing and improving processes, practices, and materials utilized by the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

• Act as a subject-matter expert in Corporate Governance, aiding internal teams with specialized inquiries, sales presentations, client discussions, and the creation of advisory materials.

• Perform governance assessments and assist clients in assessing the maturity of their governance practices, boards, and other governing entities.

• Establish and nurture relationships with Governance Officers and other governance professionals at key client organizations.

• Recognize market trends, needs, and opportunities, contributing to the development of Atlas’s products, services, and positioning strategies.

• Assist the VP of Customer Experience and the Head of Customer Success in strategic initiatives focused on market education, internal enablement, and the improvement of governance practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Corporate Governance and/or Corporate Law.

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish at an advanced level.

• Familiarity with AI technologies.

• Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Participation in governance courses and forums (such as IBGC and similar organizations) is advantageous.
