Google Ads Specialist – iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, initiate, and oversee effective Google Ads campaigns specifically designed for the iGaming sector.

• Enhance keyword bidding, ad copy, and landing page effectiveness to increase conversion rates and player lifetime value (LTV).

• Ensure strict adherence to advertising regulations in the UK and other regulated markets.

• Implement thorough A/B testing on creatives and bidding tactics to uncover scalable growth opportunities.

• Deliver comprehensive reports on KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, and retention metrics, to keep the team focused on performance objectives.

• Remain informed about industry trends and platform policy changes to maintain a strong market presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of focused experience in PPC and Google Ads management.

• Demonstrated success in the iGaming or sports betting sector.

• Profound knowledge of the UK regulated market and its specific advertising regulations.

• Advanced expertise in Google Ads Editor, tracking implementation, and performance analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to adjust strategies based on real-time data.

• Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Experience working within the Gibraltar or Malta iGaming hubs.

• Proficiency in alternative acquisition channels (Bing/Microsoft Ads or Apple Search Ads).

• Familiarity with multi-touch attribution modeling.
