This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Google Ads campaigns tailored for service-oriented and home service enterprises.

• Create and execute strategies aligned with campaign goals, target demographics, and budget constraints.

• Assess campaign effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Adjust and manage campaign budgets according to performance metrics and organizational requirements.

• Analyze campaign data and leverage performance insights to make educated decisions.

• Simultaneously handle multiple websites and advertising initiatives.

• Work with campaigns aimed at residential and small business services.

• Effectively articulate campaign strategies, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Remain informed about Google Ads best practices and updates to the platform.

• Provide transparency into ongoing campaigns, detailing the strategies and rationale behind decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Google Ads.

• Proven hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

• Experience with service-oriented or home service organizations.

• Background in handling campaigns for residential and/or small business services.

• Strong grasp of campaign management, optimization techniques, and budget oversight.

• Capability to manage multiple campaigns and websites effectively.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in articulating campaign strategies and performance metrics.

• B2 English proficiency or higher, if English is not your first language.

• Self-sufficient with the ability to manage tasks with minimal oversight.

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
