GO LEaPs Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Complete the 16-week LEaPs program commencing on June 14, 2027

• Engage in professional development and role-specific training through shadowing, lectures, and practical exercises

• Receive continuous assignment feedback and monthly performance evaluations

• Take ownership of initiatives that benefit the cohort and rotate as the lead for professional development activities and book club sessions

• Sponsored Ads Strategist: assist small and medium-sized client accounts; optimize backend advertising; manage budgets and pacing; create performance reports; support with ad hoc tasks

• Account Manager: establish and update Amazon products, promotions, and content; resolve client issues and submit Amazon cases; manage promotions and ensure ASINs are active, unsuppressed, and in stock; assist with ad hoc projects

• Operations Specialist: evaluate cost-effective shipping solutions; coordinate vendor-warehouse shipping; monitor shipments to fulfillment centers; resolve Amazon transportation challenges; create reimbursement, order-adjustment, and technical cases; assess FBA inventory to balance stock levels and storage fees

• Successfully complete the final evaluation of the LEaPs program to secure an entry-level position

⛳️ Requirements

• Self-motivated individuals who are within 2 years of graduating from college

• Less than 2 years of professional experience

• Preferred interest in e-commerce, advertising, account management, analytics, supply chain, or digital content

• Proficient writing skills

• Ability to effectively present ideas

• Proven ability to achieve results

• Capacity to learn swiftly

• Demonstrated curiosity and resourcefulness

• Tenacity and a sense of ownership

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
