This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee ATI’s member-program portfolio as a unified business entity.
• Define portfolio strategy, establish financial targets, member outcomes, and create an integrated roadmap.
• Develop and manage a program performance framework to monitor financial results, utilization, engagement, satisfaction, retention impact, delivery quality, and investment opportunities.
• Create annual and quarterly plans that encompass goals, budgets, priorities, innovation roadmaps, talent requirements, and anticipated business outcomes.
• Implement portfolio scorecards and conduct monthly business reviews.
• Ensure accountability for plans, outcomes, and actions for improvement.
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and disjointed member experiences across programs and collaborate with functional leaders to address them.
• Oversee ATI’s enterprise-wide member escalation and resolution process.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on program-level reporting and decision-support frameworks.
• Work with Technology to enhance systems and tools for measurement, delivery, personalization, and scalability.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to effectively position programs and align them with growth and retention strategies.
• Conduct strategic reviews and propose changes to enhance member value, differentiation, efficiency, and profitability.
• Act as a senior leader focused on improving the quality, relevance, measurement, and financial performance of member offerings.
• Over 20 years of progressive experience in leading business units, member programs, customer success, or professional service teams within franchise, automotive, or multi-location service organizations.
• Strong responsibility for operational, financial, and team leadership.
• Capability to drive results via direct leadership and matrixed influence.
• Executive presence along with skills in relationship building, negotiation, and organizational alignment.
• Experience in scaling cross-functional, multi-program organizations.
• Proven leadership development, organizational accountability, and change management experience.
• Strong financial acumen, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, program economics, investment prioritization, performance reporting, and business case formulation.
• Proven success in developing products and programs using innovation, technology, performance insights, and customer success strategies.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills.
• Profound understanding of the small business and owner-operator mentality.
• Demonstrated success in assisting business owners to enhance performance through effective leadership, meaningful relationships, practical business solutions, and hands-on delivery.
