This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Take charge of and implement the global commercial sales strategy to achieve and surpass corporate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) objectives.
• Oversee worldwide pipeline development, international market engagement, and rapid deal execution.
• Design, implement, and enhance scalable, metrics-oriented sales playbooks for Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-Market segments.
• Reduce sales cycles and boost conversion rates.
• Recruit, nurture, and motivate a geographically diverse team of Account Executives and sales professionals.
• Foster a cohesive high-performance culture centered on activity, accountability, and sales excellence.
• Position Dot Compliance as a leading Quality Management System (QMS) provider for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device firms globally.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations on international inbound and outbound Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Streamline lead routing and ensure swift progression from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to closed-won deals.
• Implement forecasting accuracy and pipeline management practices across all global regions.
• Utilize revenue tools to grant executive leadership insight into transactional volumes and market performance.
• Profound knowledge of the Quality and Life Sciences sector.
• Strong comprehension of the operational frameworks of international pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, including FDA, EMA, and GxP regulatory and compliance challenges.
• Over 10 years of professional sales experience.
• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS commercial sales leadership on a global scale.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing repeatable sales processes for SMB and Mid-Market transactional agreements.
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing high-performing global sales teams across various geographies.
• Experience in leading managers and second-line leaders.
• Skilled in developing leadership talent and scalable organizational structures.
• Ability to formulate long-term global revenue strategies and mentor representatives on negotiation, qualification, and closing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to articulate intricate regulatory technology value propositions across various cultures and buyer personas.
• Based on the East Coast, preferably near Boston, NJ/NY, or the Research Triangle.
• Established relationships with key decision-makers in global SMB and Mid-Market Life Science companies.
• Experience in navigating early to mid-stage startup environments through rapid international growth.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-centric go-to-market strategies.
