This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Take ownership of and implement the global commercial sales strategy to achieve and surpass corporate ARR objectives.
• Oversee worldwide pipeline development, international market expansion, and swift deal execution.
• Design, implement, and enhance scalable, metrics-driven sales playbooks tailored for SMB and Mid-Market sectors.
• Recruit, nurture, and motivate a diverse team of Account Executives and sales professionals across multiple regions.
• Foster a cohesive, high-performance culture focused on activity, accountability, and sales excellence.
• Establish Dot Compliance as the leading QMS option for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device firms globally.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations on international inbound and outbound go-to-market strategies.
• Improve lead routing and progression from MQL to closed-won status.
• Develop accurate forecasting and pipeline management practices across international markets.
• Utilize revenue tools to give executive leadership insights into transaction volumes and market performance.
• Extensive knowledge of the Quality and Life Sciences sector.
• Strong comprehension of the operations of international pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, including global regulatory and compliance challenges such as FDA, EMA, and GxP.
• Over 10 years of professional sales experience, with substantial B2B SaaS commercial sales leadership on a global scale.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing repeatable sales processes for SMB and Mid-Market transactional deals.
• Proven history of building, scaling, and managing high-performing global sales teams across various geographies.
• Experience in leading managers and second-line leaders, along with developing leadership capabilities.
• Capability to formulate long-term global revenue strategies and mentor representatives on negotiation, qualification, and closing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Located on the East Coast, preferably near Boston, NJ/NY, or the Research Triangle.
• Existing connections with key decision-makers in global SMB and Mid-Market Life Science companies (a plus).
• Experience navigating early-to-mid stage startup environments during rapid international scaling phases (a plus).
• Familiarity with Salesforce-centric go-to-market frameworks (a plus).
