Global Treasury Assistant – Fixed Term Contract

📋 Description

• Execute and manage reconciliations for bank accounts.

• Assist in transitioning bank accounts among various banking providers and countries.

• Open and close bank accounts as necessary.

• Coordinate activities across different countries and banking partners.

• Monitor project advancement against milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

• Identify, communicate, and escalate risks, issues, and obstacles within projects.

• Review and validate data, addressing inconsistencies and driving resolutions.

• Collaborate with banks, external partners, Treasury, Finance, and Tax stakeholders.

• Maintain precise project documentation and status reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Treasury, Finance, Banking Operations, or a related discipline.

• Proficient Excel skills.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Confident in communication with senior stakeholders and external banking representatives.

• Proactive and resilient mindset.

• Capability to question data, challenge assumptions, and facilitate issue resolution.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a project-oriented environment.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Competence to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to engage in a Fixed Term Contract.
