Global Treasury Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily cash operations, which encompass payment approvals, cash analysis, forecasting, bank balances, money market transactions, and reconciliations.

• Assist with banking and regulatory functions, including KYC, account opening/closing, mandates, signers, user access, and compliance with bank requirements.

• Take ownership of monthly Treasury reporting, which includes loan agreement reconciliations, bank fee analysis, month-end cash reporting, and support for Group cash forecasting.

• Contribute to Treasury projects and new business initiatives, such as bank migrations, new market launches, TMS requirements, bank guarantees/LOCs, and other banking solutions.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage requirements, address queries, uphold controls, and escalate issues promptly.

• Document processes and identify as well as implement continuous improvement opportunities across Treasury operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of Treasury experience, preferably in a multinational setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, cash management, forecasting, reconciliations, and Treasury processes.

• Familiarity with bank import files, including the ability to build and test files in collaboration with banking partners.

• Experience with JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, Bank of America, HSBC, or Santander is preferred.

• Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems; familiarity with ION/Reval is an advantage.

• Proficient in Excel, with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
