This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead the strategy, governance, execution, and ongoing enhancement of Kellanova's global travel program.
• Ensure that the program aligns with business priorities, associate needs, compliance mandates, and financial goals.
• Manage strategic partnerships with travel management companies, airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, and travel technology collaborators.
• Oversee travel and expense management platforms, online booking systems, reporting tools, and traveler support technologies.
• Propel technology advancements, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
• Monitor travel expenditures, supplier usage, compliance metrics, and potential savings opportunities.
• Formulate recommendations aimed at enhancing program effectiveness and financial outcomes.
• Improve the overall traveler experience from start to finish.
• Ensure duty of care, traveler safety, compliance, and business continuity.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Security, Legal, Tax, Sustainability, IT, and senior leadership.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience overseeing global or regional corporate travel programs.
• Familiarity with travel management companies, airline, hotel, and ground transportation supplier programs, online booking systems, and travel expense management platforms.
• Proven success in implementing cost-saving initiatives, managing supplier performance, policy governance, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Strong grasp of corporate travel industry trends, supplier markets, distribution channels, travel risk, and best practices for traveler experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Outstanding communication, relationship management, and influencing abilities, with a knack for collaborating effectively across a global, matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
