Global Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive design, execution, and management of enablement training for MarketStar client teams.

• Act as the training liaison for the designated client program.

• Ensure that training delivery aligns with world-class standards and fosters business growth.

• Plan, prepare, and conduct company- and client-specific onboarding sessions across various teams.

• Provide coaching and training to both new and existing members within the Intel portfolio.

• Assist Line Managers with developmental needs identified during the Probation PIP and PDP processes.

• Aid in the design and implementation of engaging developmental initiatives.

• Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in the Learning & Development sector.

• Plan, draft, and manage essential L&D communications.

• Collaborate with senior management to ensure training needs assessments are conducted.

• Promote continuous improvement through relationships with managers and employees.

• Deliver weekly and monthly reports detailing department activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in an L&D environment.

• Strong understanding of Sales and Customer Success programs.

• Experience in technological sales (software and/or hardware products) is preferable.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; project management skills are an advantage.

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication skills complemented by an energetic and engaging demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Eagerness to collaborate with a global team to refine best practices.

• Flexible working hours to meet operational needs.

• Strong planning skills to effectively organize and deliver training to new and existing team members.

• Capability to engage individuals and generate interest and excitement in the learning and training process.

• Proficiency in designing and curating content using PowerPoint or similar tools.
