Global Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design, execution, and management of training programs for MarketStar client teams.

• Act as the primary training liaison for the designated client program.

• Organize, prepare, and conduct company-specific and client-specific onboarding across various teams.

• Provide coaching and training to both new and existing team members within the Intel portfolio.

• Assist Line Managers with developmental needs identified during the Probation PIP and PDP processes.

• Aid in the creation and implementation of engaging development initiatives throughout MarketStar.

• Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in the Learning and Development (L&D) sector.

• Plan, write, and manage essential L&D communications.

• Collaborate with senior management to ensure comprehensive training needs assessments are conducted.

• Promote ongoing improvement through relationships with both managers and employees.

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on departmental activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a Learning and Development setting.

• Solid understanding of Sales and Customer Success programs.

• Experience with technology sales, ideally in software and/or hardware products.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Project Management experience is advantageous.

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication skills with an energetic and engaging demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Eagerness to collaborate with a global team to refine best practices.

• Flexible working hours to meet operational needs.

• Strong planning skills to effectively organize and deliver training.

• Capability to engage individuals and foster interest in learning and training.

• Proficiency in designing and curating content using PowerPoint or similar tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-motivated with the capability to perform independently without direct supervision.
