Global Technology Alliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete global partnership with Databricks and act as the primary contact point.

• Coordinate efforts across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations.

• Build trusted relationships with field sales and pre-sales teams in the US, along with product and marketing stakeholders.

• Link Fivetran Partner Sales Managers with partner sales teams to enhance solution selling and customer experience.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement strategic partner go-to-market initiatives.

• Drive mutual customer engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue generation for both Fivetran and Databricks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management within the data, cloud, or enterprise software sectors.

• Proven track record in managing intricate global relationships.

• In-depth knowledge of the modern data stack and the business advantages of open data infrastructure — experience with dbt, Fivetran, or similar is highly preferred.

• Capability to engage authoritatively at C-suite and partner levels within a global tech organization.

• Strong commercial acumen — skilled in identifying, qualifying, and developing joint pipeline opportunities beyond merely managing existing partnerships.

• History of functioning as a cross-functional orchestrator — influencing without direct authority across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.
