Global Technology Alliance Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the complete global relationship with Databricks, acting as the primary contact point.

• Facilitate collaboration among sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations.

• Build trusted relationships with US field sales and pre-sales teams, along with product and marketing stakeholders.

• Connect Fivetran Partner Sales Managers with partner sales teams to enhance solution selling and customer experience.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement strategic partner go-to-market initiatives.

• Increase mutual customer adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue for both Fivetran and Databricks.

• Enhance partner development through programs and joint go-to-market strategies that create referrals and new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management in the data, cloud, or enterprise software sectors.

• Proven ability to manage intricate, global partnerships.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the modern data stack and the business advantages of open data infrastructure; experience with dbt, Fivetran, or similar is highly preferred.

• Capacity to engage effectively at the C-suite and partner levels within a global technology company.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify, qualify, and cultivate joint pipeline opportunities.

• History of cross-functional collaboration across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations without direct authority.
