Global Technology Alliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage the comprehensive global partnership with Databricks, acting as the primary point of contact.

• Coordinate efforts across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations.

• Develop trusted connections with US field sales and pre-sales teams, product stakeholders, and marketing representatives within the initial 90 days.

• Facilitate collaboration between Fivetran Partner Sales Managers and Databricks partner sales teams to enhance solution selling and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create and implement strategic partner go-to-market initiatives.

• Drive mutual customer adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue generation for both Fivetran and Databricks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management in the data, cloud, or enterprise software sectors.

• Proven track record in managing intricate, global relationships.

• In-depth knowledge of the modern data stack and the business benefits of open data infrastructure; experience with dbt, Fivetran, or similar tools is highly preferred.

• Capability to engage effectively at the C-suite level and with partners within a global technology organization.

• Strong commercial acumen; skilled in identifying, qualifying, and developing joint pipeline opportunities.

• History of functioning as a cross-functional orchestrator, successfully influencing without direct authority across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.
