This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Supervise regional engineering teams globally, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Oracle contract stipulations.
• Direct global engineering operations across the Americas, EMEA, LAD, and JAPAC regions for Oracle's offerings.
• Manage Building and Technical Services teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) and critical infrastructure systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, fire codes, and safety standards.
• Oversee safety and technical training programs.
• Assist in managing 24/7 on-site coverage needs and emergency response protocols.
• Propel the attainment of Core KPI targets.
• Track and report monthly and quarterly performance metrics through Oracle’s governance framework.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement remedial plans when KPIs fall short.
• Ensure the commissioning, testing, and documentation of MEP systems.
• Recommend technology upgrades and modernization initiatives with ROI analyses and business case support.
• Execute Water Safety Management Plans and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Create and maintain employee training programs alongside completion records.
• Collaborate with Oracle’s Global Process Owners on training efforts.
• Provide operational reports on a monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date basis.
• Present self-performance evaluations and summaries of value-added contributions.
• Engage in business review meetings, showcasing performance metrics from all facilities.
• Maintain records and reports within Oracle's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• At least 10+ years of senior-level management experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for hard service delivery.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-site regional technical operations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, asset management, and life cycle planning.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• History of achieving and surpassing service level agreements and KPI targets.
• Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, building automation, critical infrastructure, and life safety systems.
• Strong grasp of CMMS platforms and facilities management technology systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and building codes across various jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams across diverse regions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective measures.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing operational budgets and capital programs.
