This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Establish and lead a new global sourcing capability and team.
• Oversee a team of 3 Talent Sourcers within a centralized framework.
• Define the global sourcing proposition, operating model, and methodologies.
• Propel pipeline generation across all regions, functions, and key roles.
• Develop and execute a global talent sourcing strategy that aligns with business priorities and workforce planning.
• Design and implement a centralized sourcing model, encompassing processes, governance, and service delivery approaches.
• Build, lead, and nurture a team of 3 Talent Sourcers.
• Provide hands-on coaching and development in advanced sourcing techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Supervise proactive, high-quality talent pipelines across pivotal roles, functions, and regions.
• Champion direct sourcing, headhunting, referrals, and internal talent identification.
• Develop and integrate innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Support diversity objectives through inclusive sourcing methodologies and diverse talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with Regional TA leaders and recruiters to translate hiring demands into focused sourcing strategies.
• Work with HR and business stakeholders to comprehend current and future talent needs.
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
• Provide insights on talent markets, competitor activities, and sourcing performance.
• Promote continuous enhancement in sourcing processes, tools, and delivery models.
• Encourage the adoption and optimization of sourcing tools, platforms, and systems.
• Assist in the implementation of new tools in alignment with the global TA strategy.
• Extensive experience in delivering talent sourcing across international locations.
• Proven team leadership skills, with the ability to coach team members and achieve results through collaboration.
• Demonstrated success in building or evolving sourcing capabilities, teams, or operational models.
• Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of contemporary sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience in establishing processes, governance, and stakeholder engagement models.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• In-depth expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline generation.
• Ability to create and implement new capabilities and operational methods.
• Strong leadership skills with a background in managing and developing small, high-impact teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative influencing abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
