This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for designated searches and key talent segments.
β’ Optimize sourcing channels and referral networks with defined goals and measurable outcomes.
β’ Create and sustain active talent pipelines that address current and anticipated skill gaps.
β’ Collaborate with Recruiting Partners, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers on role intake, success profiles, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder communication.
β’ Generate and present market and talent insights, encompassing talent supply/demand, competitor analysis, compensation and location data, diversity availability, and funnel conversion metrics.
β’ Provide regular reports on pipeline and sourcing performance.
β’ Prepare candidate lists, conduct thorough candidate interviews, and deliver calibrated evaluations and recommendations.
β’ Identify process inefficiencies, test enhancements, promote the use of new tools, document best practices, and influence standard operational procedures.
β’ Lead strategies for conferences and events as necessary, including pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
β’ Represent Biogen at professional gatherings, conferences, career fairs, networking events, college fairs, and diversity-focused events.
β’ Ensure that staffing activities adhere to corporate, local, state, and federal regulations.
β’ Bachelor's Degree is required.
β’ Over 10 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in agency/executive search or corporate settings.
β’ Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing of passive candidates, market intelligence, job boards, online and social media sourcing, and networking/referral-driven sourcing.
β’ Proven experience in conducting market research, mapping organizations, generating candidate names, and developing candidates.
β’ Capability in stakeholder management, including setting and managing expectations with hiring leaders, recruiters, and HR partners.
β’ Proficiency in developing, analyzing, and reporting on talent pipelines and recruiting metrics.
β’ Experience in translating insights into actionable strategies and providing stakeholder-ready updates.
β’ Strong skills in candidate assessment, cold-calling, relationship building, and behavioral interviewing techniques.
β’ A mindset focused on continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to and learn new technologies and methodologies.
