Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Act as the regional procurement leader for Fortifi’s manufacturing sites in Europe.

• Assist in implementing global category strategies throughout European plants.

• Aggregate indirect spend data from various European ERP and site systems.

• Develop dashboards to monitor spend, supplier performance, savings, and compliance with contracts.

• Offer market intelligence, cost benchmarking, and comparisons of suppliers.

• Serve as the regional contact point for suppliers under global agreements.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews.

• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams at the plants.

• Ensure sites comply with negotiated agreements.

• Manage the regional contract repository.

• Assist with audits and validation of savings.

• Help implement procurement tools.

• Standardize sourcing practices across European locations.

• Oversee daily relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of experience in procurement/sourcing (preferably in a multi-site industrial setting).

• Proficient in advanced Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/D365).

• Familiarity with eSourcing platforms.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.

• Preferred experience with indirect categories such as MRO, IT, logistics, and facilities.

• Exposure to ESG principles is a plus.

• Lean or Six Sigma certification is preferred.

• Detail-oriented and driven by data.

• Strong cross-cultural communication abilities.

• Capable of executing tasks independently.
