Global Talent Acquisition Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, design, and implementation of Solventum's worldwide Talent Acquisition function.

• Maintain a top-tier global Talent Acquisition center of excellence.

• Drive standardized operational processes and global vendor systems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Privacy, and senior HR leadership.

• Align the Talent Acquisition strategy with HR Talent Management and Solventum’s business objectives.

• Lead transformation initiatives to modernize Talent Acquisition practices, processes, and systems.

• Implement and monitor KPIs, dashboards, reporting tools, and workforce hiring analytics.

• Provide regular performance reports and data-driven insights to senior leadership.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global Talent Acquisition team.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, data privacy standards, and HR regulations.

• Manage hiring exceptions, audits, discrepancies, vendor agreements, SLAs, and Talent Acquisition budgets.

• Promote new initiatives, technologies, processes, knowledge sharing, skill-building workshops, and mentoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated global Talent Acquisition experience.

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Extensive experience in establishing global Talent strategies and leading global talent operations.

• Strong understanding of global Talent Acquisition compliance across various regions.

• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing technology platforms.

• Strong project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.

• Demonstrated strong employee engagement scores.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
