📋 Description

• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Direct cross-functional project teams and synchronize efforts to achieve project goals.

• Track project advancement, recognize risks and challenges, and implement measures to maintain project timelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Compile and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

• Oversee project and programme management delivery, resolve issues, and enhance team capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership.

• Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to completion, with an emphasis on delivering results within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, capable of effectively managing project teams and prioritizing tasks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to forge relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Readiness to travel as required (approximately 30%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
