Global Study Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute effective clinical trial enrollment strategies.

• Create and implement detailed clinical trial protocols.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of clinical trials.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identify trends, and provide insights to enhance study outcomes.

• Proactively tackle challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.

• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and facilitate seamless trial processes.

• Operate within a sponsor-dedicated model, leveraging ICON’s global expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of experience in global clinical trial management.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing clinical trials.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in interpreting complex medical data.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
