Global Study Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management, addressing issues and enhancing team capabilities.

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and synchronize efforts to achieve project goals.

• Promote efficient communication and teamwork among stakeholders.

• Track project advancement, recognize potential risks and challenges, and execute strategies to overcome obstacles.

• Interact with stakeholders to align expectations, deliver updates, and ensure consistency with project objectives and organizational aims.

• Compile and present project reports, status updates, and performance indicators to senior management and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership.

• Demonstrated success in managing projects from start to finish, focusing on delivering results within defined scope, time, and budget limits.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, capable of effectively managing project teams and prioritizing tasks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for fostering relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 30%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
