This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and implement the global sourcing process, systems, and analytics strategy for GE Vernova.
• Define and propel the future-state operating model for Source-to-Pay.
• Lead enterprise-wide sourcing transformation initiatives from initial concept to full execution.
• Conduct assessments of sourcing maturity across Business Units and spearhead improvement roadmaps.
• Manage and enhance the global sourcing systems landscape, which includes SupplierConnect, Sourcegate+, Grid Fusion VMR, Sourcing360, and ERP integrations.
• Oversee the ingestion of sourcing data into the enterprise data lake and establish common metrics, dashboards, and insights.
• Develop scalable analytics capabilities to support decision-making, identify savings, ensure compliance, and enhance risk visibility.
• Own the strategy for sourcing master data.
• Define and implement the digital and GenAI roadmap for sourcing.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and external vendors to modernize sourcing tools and workflows.
• Promote user adoption, manage change, and build capabilities.
• Benchmark external best practices and emerging technologies.
• Lead prominent sourcing initiatives, including GenAI applications, risk management programs, commodity and category playbooks, should-costing and productivity initiatives, as well as process excellence and Lean agendas.
• Manage CPO-level governance, which encompasses Sourcing Councils, leadership operating rhythms, and enterprise reviews.
• Prepare materials suitable for executives for ELT, Board, and senior leadership forums.
• Guide, mentor, and develop a global team dedicated to sourcing transformation, systems, and analytics.
• Drive enterprise capability-building programs.
• Integrate Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement principles within sourcing teams.
• Promote accountability, data-driven decision-making, and innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain transformation, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, global, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Extensive knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, digital platforms, data architecture, and analytics.
• Proven leadership in GenAI, digital enablement, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within matrixed, global organizations.
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, category management, cost modeling, and risk management is strongly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
