πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop, sustain, and scale the global go-to-market strategy for Williams Lea's Front of House, concierge, reception, and workplace experience service line.

β€’ Take ownership of the creation, education, and implementation of the global value proposition.

β€’ Lead the design of solutions for new business opportunities from initial assessment through due diligence, commercial proposals, and closing stages.

β€’ Combine white-glove hospitality capabilities with workplace technologies such as conference room booking and visitor management systems.

β€’ Collaborate with Technology teams to improve existing platforms and investigate new technological advancements.

β€’ Broaden the target market focusing on high-touch enterprise clients, specifically within legal firms and financial institutions.

β€’ Develop and maintain go-to-market strategies, sales and marketing collateral, and best-practice toolkits.

β€’ Conduct client presentations, C-level pitches, and executive steering sessions with both prospective and current clients.

β€’ Comprehend and negotiate business positions within MSAs, SOWs, and LOIs in collaboration with counsel and client stakeholders.

β€’ Partner with Operations Teams, Business Development, Account Directors, and Managing Directors across various regions.

β€’ Establish and nurture relationships with external service providers, technology vendors, and software suppliers.

β€’ Oversee the account implementation process to ensure that optimal solutions and best practices are effectively applied.

β€’ Maintain operational benchmarking data and drive continuous improvement initiatives across client engagements.

β€’ Develop and manage a Knowledge Book that documents engagements, lessons learned, and reusable models.

β€’ Initially serve as an individual contributor, with a planned transition to leading a direct team as the service line expands.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of an undergraduate degree (Bachelor's degree) in a relevant field related to the strategic service focus (e.g., finance, accounting, legal, administration) or equivalent experience.

β€’ Over 10 years of experience managing teams that provide services in strategic service lines or sectors.

β€’ Proven success in delivering strategic solutions, consulting, and translating strategy into operational execution within complex environments.

β€’ Strong operational background with a comprehensive understanding of strategic service offerings.

β€’ Financially savvy with a demonstrated ability to analyze requirements and implement beneficial cost recommendations across group accounts.

β€’ Experience in reviewing and negotiating legal documents such as MSAs, SOWs, and LOIs.

β€’ Exceptional client-facing communication skills; a proven history of leading presentations to executive stakeholders and managing sensitive discussions.

β€’ Experience in leading outsourcing projects to both onshore and offshore models.

β€’ Capability to manage, coach, and influence cross-functional and virtual teams at senior and executive levels.

β€’ A solid technical foundation in the designated area of expertise to contribute directly to solution design.

β€’ Proficient in computer skills with high competency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Project, Visio).

β€’ Extensive experience in white-glove concierge, reception, event management, and workplace experience service delivery is preferred.

β€’ Specific experience in pitching to and winning enterprise accounts within high-touch target markets (Law Firms & Financial Institutions) is preferred.

β€’ Practical experience in designing solutions around workplace technologies and platforms is preferred.

β€’ Proven history of pitching, closing, and scaling multi-million dollar enterprise accounts is preferred.

β€’ Certification in MS Project and/or Project Server is preferred.

β€’ Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening is required.
