Global Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance the viability of clinical trials to guarantee they are effectively organized and set up for success.

• Oversee clinical research initiatives that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Collaborate with clinical study teams to ensure the precision of data within the CTMS.

• Provide support to end users of clinical systems under the guidance of the Global Site Identification and Feasibility Manager or Senior Global Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist.

• Receive, assess, and recommend clinical systems issues and enhancement proposals.

• Perform research and data analysis to pinpoint potential sites that fulfill study criteria and objectives.

• Assist with the launch of feasibility initiatives, including system configuration, creation of feasibility questionnaires, and outreach for site-level questionnaires.

• Liaise with study teams and stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate additional feasibility activities.

• Monitor and log feasibility responses, reporting findings to internal stakeholders.

• Resolve issues or discrepancies in the feasibility process for both in-house and outsourced studies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience in clinical trial feasibility evaluations.

• Profound understanding of clinical research methodologies and site management.

• Outstanding analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting complex data and delivering actionable insights.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Experience managing multiple feasibility projects concurrently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to foster and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software pertinent to feasibility evaluations and clinical research.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 15%.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
