Global Senior Product Manager – SCS, Spinal Cord Stimulation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Establish a global marketing strategy for the spinal cord stimulation (SCS) product line.

• Develop and implement marketing programs along with strategic growth initiatives.

• Provide support for the Inceptiv, Intellis Pro, and Vanta product lines.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders from Sales, R&D, Sales Training, Medical Education, Operations, Clinical, and Health Economics.

• Serve as the SCS marketing leader, a subject matter expert, and the primary point of contact for the Western Europe region.

• Evaluate competitor pipelines, pinpoint product or offering gaps, and devise targeted positioning strategies.

• Lead global portfolio marketing, which encompasses annual marketing plans, messaging, claims/evidence dissemination, competitive strategy, promotional tactics, campaigns, channel utilization, and metrics.

• Collaborate with Commercial Marketing partners on digital/social channels and academic society meetings.

• Spearhead the creation, management, and strategic planning of global resources.

• Cultivate relationships with KOLs, customers, and Sales; participate in medical society meetings and medical education events.

• Collaborate with regions on product demand and oversee global product launches and the phase-out of legacy products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of marketing or sales experience, or 5 years of experience with a Master's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Previous healthcare marketing experience, preferably in Medical Devices.

• Experience in product management.

• Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.

• Proven track record of driving results in a highly matrixed organization through cross-functional collaboration.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
